How to Get Started

Noticed an issue with your order? Simply reach out to our friendly customer support team at customersupport@playeronesupps.gg with:

  1. A photograph of the problem.
  2. A brief explanation of the issue.

We’ll review your claim and let you know whether it’s approved for a replacement or refund.

  • If approved for a replacement, we’ll ship out a new order within 5 business days.
  • If you’ve requested a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exemptions to Refunds & Replacements

To ensure smooth service, here are a few cases where we’re unable to process refunds or replacements:

  • Wrong Address: If the address provided was incorrect, reshipment costs will apply once we have the updated address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: For packages that are unclaimed, you will need to cover the cost of reshipment.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not available for changes of heart after purchase.
  • Customs Rejections: We cannot refund packages rejected by customs. Please research your country’s import regulations beforehand, and ensure any customs fees are covered by the receiver.
  • Order Cancellation After Fulfillment: If your order is already prepared but hasn’t shipped yet, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
